I'm Lisa Englert, Virtual Assistant (VA) and owner of virtualme, inc. I am a masterfully skilled professional who has the expertise to handle all your outsourced administrative needs. Delegating to me, your trusted business partner, the management of projects you don't need or want to do enables you to focus on the wisest and best use of your time AND achieve better, faster, and more sustainable results. I specialize in helping with your customer service, public relations, marketing and communications needs, but I also handle a myriad of other administrative and business support projects. What makes me "virtual" is that I never have to step foot inside your office. Because I work from my own office -- via e-mail, phone, fax, the Internet and lots of emerging technologies -- you can be located across the street or across the globe from me.
My client base is small, which allows us to work together long-term, in a highly collaborative relationship. And since I'm not on your payroll, you don't have to provide me with office space, purchase equipment for me to use, pay my taxes or employee benefits. Best of all, you get to work with a fellow business owner (me!) who isn't simply task-oriented, but instead, wants to build better solutions together. My fees are arranged exclusively on a retainer basis and I require a monthly commitment of at least ten hours from you. For your investment, you'll receive 100% productive time and all of my vast talents and skills acquired from more than 20 years of working in "Corporate America."
